A mandatory security deposit of €1,000 applies to rentals of the entire villa (sleeps 16, including the apartment) and the 14-person villa. This must be paid in advance via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.

A mandatory security deposit of €500 applies to rentals of the apartment. This must also be paid in advance via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.

The security deposit will be fully refunded within a few days after checkout, provided that no damage to the accommodation or its contents is found during the final inspection.

Yes, it is possible to add cribs. We have two available; please let us know when you make your reservation so we can have everything ready before your arrival. If you need more than two, you’ll need to bring them yourself.
